A note about artist's interpretation
Every HeartCanvas piece is created by a HeartCanvas Signature emotional artist who interprets your message with care, emotion, and creativity. Because each painting is an artistic interpretation, your final artwork may reflect the artist’s unique expression of your words. Our goal is always for you to love your piece, and we’ll work with you through the sketch approval process to ensure it feels right before the final painting is completed.

Is this a digital or physical artwork?
Each HeartCanvas is a physical, hand-painted artwork created by a real artist. This is not a digital print or AI-generated image.
How much direction should I give the artist?
Your message provides the emotional foundation. Preferences are welcome, but they are never treated as rigid instructions. The artist’s interpretation is what makes each piece meaningful and unique.
Can I request changes?
Each HeartCanvas includes one round of thoughtful refinement after the initial concept direction is shared. This allows for alignment while preserving the artist’s creative interpretation.
Additional changes may be possible on a case-by-case basis.
How long does it take?
Each piece is created intentionally and by hand. Timelines vary depending on the artist and the nature of the message. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know when submitting your request.
Is this suitable as a gift?
Yes. HeartCanvas is often created for meaningful moments—remembrance, celebration, gratitude, love, or healing.
Do you accept corporate or group commissions?
