HeartCanvas.art provides custom and commissioned artwork products within the United States.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Custom Artwork & Approval

HeartCanvas.art specializes in personalized and commissioned artwork.

By placing an order, you agree to participate in the collaborative process, which may include concept confirmation and final approval prior to production.

Once final approval is provided, the order becomes non-refundable, as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

HeartCanvas.art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, branding, logos, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of HeartCanvas.art and/or its partnered artists.

Purchased artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not:

  • Reproduce or replicate the artwork

  • Use artwork for commercial purposes

  • Create derivative works

  • Resell digital or physical reproductions

All rights remain with the artist unless explicitly transferred in writing.

5. User Submissions

If you provide text, messages, ideas, photos, or other materials for commissioned artwork, you represent that:

  • You have the legal right to submit such content

  • The content does not infringe on third-party rights

  • The content is not unlawful, defamatory, or harmful

HeartCanvas.art reserves the right to decline any commission request at its discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

HeartCanvas.art shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party carriers

  • Loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
