HeartCanvas.art creates custom, made-to-order artwork. Each piece is individually produced and fulfilled within the United States.
1. Production Time

All commissioned artwork is created after order confirmation and final approval.

- Custom / Commissioned Artwork: 2–4 weeks
- Ready-to-Ship Artwork (if applicable): Ships within [Insert Timeframe]
Production time is separate from shipping time (4–8 business days via USPS).
2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
4–8 business days (United States)
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by USPS, weather, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of HeartCanvas.art.
3. Shipping Origin
Orders are fulfilled by our partnered artists within the United States.
For operational purposes, shipping rates are calculated from our New Jersey base location at checkout.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may include:

Weight-based or size-based calculated rates
All shipping fees are displayed prior to order confirmation.
We do not currently offer free shipping.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
HeartCanvas.art is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships (when available).
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking confirms delivery but you cannot locate your package, please contact USPS directly.
HeartCanvas.art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
