Practical Questions

Do I need to be US-based?

Yes. At this stage, we work only with artists based in the United States.

What mediums do you accept?

We work with traditional, physical painting mediums only, including:

  • Oil
  • Acrylic
  • Watercolor
  • Gouache
  • Mixed media (traditional materials)

Digital-only work is not accepted.
All final artworks must be original, physical pieces.

Is this paid work?

Yes. All approved commissions are paid.

What is the test process?

The application includes two test pieces:
one personal brief and one commercial-style brief, followed by review.

All approved commissions are paid.

How long do commissions take?

Timelines vary based on size and complexity and are agreed upon upfront for each commission.

Who handles shipping and logistics?

Artists are responsible for shipping the finished artwork.
Detailed shipping and packaging guidelines are provided.

Do I see the compliance guidelines before applying?

We share full standards, guidelines, and expectations with artists who are accepted into the network.
