Some artwork is created independently — shaped by universal human themes rather than a specific request. HeartCanvas’ Ready-to-Gift pathway exists to give select artists a way to place those works in front of buyers who value meaning, not mass production.
This pathway is entirely optional and exists alongside commissioned work. Many HeartCanvas artists participate exclusively in commissions; others choose to submit a small number of completed pieces for Ready-to-Ship consideration.

What Ready-to-Gift Is
Ready-to-Gift allows artists to submit finished, original artworks created around a small set of pre-selected universal themes.
These works:
- Are already complete
- Do not require briefs, revisions, or interpretation requests
- Are offered exactly as shown
- Are intended to stand on their own emotionally
Once approved, the artwork is presented to buyers who prefer immediate availability while still seeking a meaningful, hand-painted piece.

Artists are never expected to submit large quantities of work. Participation may be limited to one or two pieces — or none at all.

Submissions are evaluated for emotional resonance with the selected theme, craftsmanship, and overall curatorial fit.

Is Ready-to-Gift required to work with HeartCanvas?

Can I submit existing work, or create something new for Ready-to-Gift?
You may submit existing finished work that fits one of the listed themes, or choose to create a new piece based on a theme provided by HeartCanvas.

You may opt in with one or two finished works — or none at all. You decide what, if anything, you wish to submit.
When do I get paid for Ready-to-Gift works?
You are paid once a Ready-to-Gift piece sells. There is no requirement to produce new work or maintain inventory beyond the pieces you choose to submit.
Who handles shipping and logistics?
Once a piece sells, HeartCanvas coordinates shipping with you to ensure the artwork is safely and professionally delivered.
